Report: Lemont Woman Suing Naperville Police for Alleged Misconduct

According to the Herald News, a lawsuit was filed last week by Olga Alexsoff claiming police violated her rights while arresting her son in her Lemont home.

A Lemont woman filed a lawsuit against the city of Naperville last week claiming police intentionally touched her breasts and genital area during an illegal search of her home, the Herald News reports.

In documents filed Tuesday in the Cook County Circuit Court, Olga Alexsoff claims Naperville police officers committed repeated acts of misconduct while arresting her son June 16.

According to the report, Alexsoff claims police officers did not respond to questions when making the arrest. The report said she also claims the officers violently pushed her to put her in handcuffs—causing injuries throughout her body—and proceeded to "intentionally and improperly touch her breasts and vaginal area without her consent."
