I have lived in Lemont for 18 years now and have always had an interest in the what the local community is doing to stay in shape. I check local race results to see who from Lemont may have participated. The Lemont Park District CORE is like a second home to me as I spend a lot of time there trying to get ready for the triathlons that I plan to do.

I want to use this blog to share some of the things that I am aware of in the community from a fitness perspective so that others who may be interested know where to look for information.
