No Driver’s License, Speeding Marcial C. Rodriguez, 36, of the 0-50 block of Ohio St. in Joliet, was arrested at 12:42 p.m. at New Ave. and Timberline Drive. He was charged with no driver’s license and speeding, and was issued a Feb. 15 court date in Bridgeview. No Driver’s License, Failure to Reduce Speed Yesica Hernandez, 24, of the 600 block of Broadway St. in Joliet, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. in the 13400 block of Archer Ave. He was charged with no valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and was issued a Feb. 15 court date in Bridgeview.
