Black Dog Being Held by Lemont Police Department

A lost dog was found Tuesday in the 700 block of Czacki Street, police said.

A lost dog is being held at the Lemont Police Department. The dog was found around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Czacki Street, and is currently being held at the Lemont police station, 14600 W. 127th St. The dog is black with a white patch on his chest and is wearing a blue collar. Mini Doberman Pinscher Being Held a Lemont Police Station

The lost dog was found Saturday, April 27, and is currently being held by Lemont police.

The Lemont Police Department is holding a mini doberman pinscher found April 27. The male dog is black and tan, and is currently being held at the police station, located at 14600 127th St. in Lemont. Lost Dog: Sparky the Sheltie

Sparky, an 11-year-old black and white sheltie, has been missing from his Lemont home since Thursday.

Found Dog Update: Black and White Pup

Lemont Police are still holding this black and white male pup that was found on State Street at about 6:30 p.m. Friday. Do you know where he lives?

The Lemont Police Department at 14600 W. 127th St. is still holding this black and white male dog that was found in the 1300 block of State Street at about 6:30 p.m. Friday. Police say the pup appears to be less than a year old and may be a pit bull mix. According to Police Chief Kevin Shaughnessy, the dog is not microchipped, but is well-trained. He was found wearing a black sweater with a skull and crossbones on it. If you know where this dog lives, call the police department at 630-257-2229.

Update: Where’s Bella? Lemont Family Seeks Community's Help to Find Lost Dog

Bella, a 3-year-old Toy Yorkie, was lost Saturday night in Briarcliffe Estates.

Lemont police recovered a lost dog near 1011 Kip Place on Tuesday morning. She had no collar, tags or chip. If you or someone you know is missing a dog, contact the Lemont Police Department, 14600 W.  127th St., at 630-257-2229. The Lemont Public Library, 50 E. Wend St., will host a beginner class on the search engine Google on Tuesday, May 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Several of the Google features will be examined including finding images, video and translating text. Searching tips will also be given. A $5 deposit is required from Lemont Library cardholders at the time of registration. Deposits will be refunded when attending the class. Lemont police are searching for the owners of a brown and white pit bull, which was recovered Sunday in the 900 block of Singer Avenue. Lemont Police Find Lost Yorkie

The Lemont Police Department is holding the dog, which was recovered Sunday in 12800 block of Marian Drive.

Lemont police are searching for the owners of a female Yorkie, which was recovered Sunday in the 12800 block of Marian Drive. The dog was wearing a red hoodie and a black harness, but had no tags to identify her owner, according to Lemont Police Chief Kevin Shaughnessy. A pit bull was dropped off at the Lemont Police Department last week. The dog was found at Valley View Drive and Smith Road. The dog is currently being held at the Animal Welfare League, 10305 Southwest Highway in Chicago Ridge.
