Here is a list of the candidates who have filed petitions to run in the April 9, 2013 election. Questionnaires have been mailed out to all the candidates, and Patch will share their answers, as well as some biographical information, in the weeks preceding the election. The filing period for municipal elections began Dec. 17, and as of the final filing date of Dec. 26, here are the candidates who have filed petitions to run in the April 9, 2013 election. Dear Citizen, Let me attempt to set you straight on a few issues about the petition drive aimed at allowing Lemont citizens like yourself a chance to vote on a very expensive, 21 million dollar project.
