LHS is selling tickets in advance of Saturday’s IHSA Class 6A Football Semifinal game, which will be played right here in Lemont.
For the fourth time in six years, Lemont High School's football program will play for a berth in the state championship game. The Indians, who advanced thanks to their exciting 21-14 win at Oak Forest in the quarterfinal round, will host top-seeded Crete-Monee in an IHSA Class 6A Semifinal contest at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. The winner of Saturday’s game will advance to the IHSA Class 6A State Championship. Lemont fans are encouraged to wear blue to support the Indians as they strive for a third state finals appearance in six seasons. Lemont High School will sell tickets in advance of the game.
