Police Blotter: Hit and Run, DUI, Copper Theft

DUI, Improper Lane Usage Paulius Vailiauskas, 38, of the 1200 block of Le Moyne Ave. in Romeoville, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. at 127th St. and Covington Drive. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage and issued a Jan. 7 court date in Bridgeview. Hit and Run, No Valid Insurance, Failure to Report Accident, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid Accident, Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by Minor Kelly A. Frantal, 19, of the 400 block of Grant St., was arrested at 6:05 p.m. at Eureka Ave. and Oak Lane. She was charged with hit and run, no valid insurance, failure to report accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
