Mama D's, the family owned and operated Italian restaurant, is located in a shopping plaza at the intersection of Derby Road, McCarthy Road and Archer Avenue. Mama D's has been serving traditional homemade Italian food for over 75 years. In addition to the sub sandwiches, salads, chicken parmigiana, lasagna and homemade Italian meatballs and pasta, Mama D's features regular fast food items, such as Vienna all beef hot dogs, Polish sausage, burgers and much more. Customers can call ahead for fast take-out, or eat-in and watch the game on the television. Mama D's also offers catering services and delivery.
Great food, great service. I've never had a bad meal at MaMa D's. You won't find a better beef sandwich anywhere. My wife loves the chili dogs and tamale boats. Also, we just ordered a pound cake for Thanksgiving and it was delicious. Huge and a great price!!!
