ACT Practice Test and Chocolate Fest: This Weekend

Check out what's going on in or around in Lemont this weekend.

High schoolers looking for a dry run on the ACT can get in some practice. 
Students were invited to sign up for a free, full-length ACT practice test sponsored by Kaplan Test Prep. A Kaplan representative will administer the ACT at the Lemont Library. Sign-up was required by Thursday, Jan. 16 at noon.

SATURDAY, JAN. 18

11th Annual Chocolate Fest: Stop in to Neuqua Valley High School, 3220 Cedar Glade Dr. in Naperville, for a day long festival of chocolate and fun for all ages. The event will feature several chocolate vendors providing samples, two rooms of demos, family entertainment, a kids' activity room and the 6th Annual Sweet Treats Baking competition.

Cost: $7 for Adults, $5 for Seniors, $4 for students 6–17. Children under 5 are free.

Help support 360 Youth Services as the fest provides life-changing services to young adults, school-aged youth, and their families through substance abuse 
prevention and education, counseling and shelter.
