March 1-31st Joliet Jazzercise hosts free open house in honor of thier 25 anniversary

Liz Weber a Joliet-area Jazzercise instructor, will offer a citywide free-for-all Jazzercise Open House for the entire month of March at the Joliet First Presbyterian Church 805 Western Ave and at the Lemont Christ Community Church 13400 Bell rd in honor of her 25 anniversary.

            “This event allows me to thank all the students who have made Jazzercise a success in Joliet and Lemont,” Weber said. “I also want to give the public an opportunity to see what Jazzercise is all about.”

            Open house festivities will include information on the Jazzercise program and a free workout for all new or former customers for the entire month of March. March 13 at the 5:30pm we will have door prizes and refreshments for all to celebrate the date when Liz Weber became a certified Jazzercise Instructor in 1987.

The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle-toning and cool-down stretch segment. Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create programs for people of every age and fitness level. Alternative formats include Jazzercise Lite, Jazzercise Personal Touch and Junior Jazzercise.
