'Grandparent Bingo' Coming to Oakwood Elementary School

Students can enjoy the popular game with grandparents or favorite adult friends at the Hawaiian-themed event Wednesday and Thursday.

The Oakwood-River Valley PTO will present “Grandparent Bingo” Wednesday and Thursday for Oakwood Elementary School students, their grandparents or favorite adult friends.

The event will take place at the school from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday for students with last names starting with the letters A through L, and Thursday for students whose last names begin with the letters M through Z. Bingo games will begin at 6:30 p.m. both nights.

Participants are encouraged to wear Hawaiian shirts, skirts and outfits for this tropical-themed event – and keepsake photos will be on sale as a memento of the evening.
