Schools

FOR PARENTS OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILTIES WHO ARE HOMESCHOOLED OR ATTEND PAROCHIAL SCHOOLS IN LEMONT

Children with disabilities who attend parochial schools
or who are homeschooled may be entitled to services based on the proportionate share of Federal IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Act) money.  Each year, representatives from the nonpublic schools in Lemont, as well as parents of students with disabilities or those
for whom a disability is suspected, who are parentally placed in nonpublic schools or homeschooled, are invited to provide input about how to spend these federal dollars.  This meeting is Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 10 AM in the Old Quarry conference room at 16100 127th
St. in Lemont.  If you are interested in attending, please contact Kathy Kasper, Secretary for Student Services, at
630-257-2286, ext. 4615 or kkasper@sd113a.org.
