The will hold its monthly committee of the whole meeting Monday to discuss the upcoming Keepataw Days Festival, the future of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and the village's economic outlook.
According to village documents, the Keepataw Days Committee will present to trustees information on the village's annual Labor Day festival, which will be held Friday, Sept. 2, through Monday, Sept. 5.
Committee President Mike Carey and Vice President Wendy Peebles have prepared an outline of the weekend, including festival times, locations and entertainment.

Also up for discussion Monday is the rezoning of land on 127th Street owned by .
According to village officials, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing July 20 to consider a rezoning request from the church, which is looking to build a new facility at 12940 W. 127th St. once its downtown location is sold.
The church is requesting to be rezoned from an R-4 single family detached residential district to an institutional district.
Jim Brown, director of economic planning and development, is recommending that the board approve the request despite a 2-2 split by the Planning and Zoning Commission on the issue.
According to village documents, Brown feels the INT zoning would allow the church more flexibility for land use. However, two Planning and Zoning Commission members felt that rezoning was unnecessary since the church has already received special use approval.
The commissioners also expressed concerns that rezoning might open the village up to land uses that are "undesirable for the community, such as a prison," documents stated.
During the committee meeting, trustees will also be presented with a review of the first quarter of the village's 2012 budget, as well as an outlook for coming months.
The village board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in Village Hall, 418 Main St.
