Gov. Pat Quinn signed a bill Saturday that makes Illinois the 18th state allowing voters to register online.

The voter registration law isn't the only new election rule signed by the governor recently; earlier this month, Quinn signed a bill that will allow 17-year-olds to vote in primary elections, provided they will be 18 by the time the general election rolls around.

What do you think of the new law? Will it make it easier for voters to register, or create the potential for fraud?
