Presidential Poll: Mitt Romney Wins Florida Primary, But Who's Your Pick?

Lemont Patch will poll readers on a weekly basis to gauge their interest in the election, its candidates and what issues are most important to them.

With four survivors left in the GOP primary race, frontrunners Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich continued to duke it out verbally this week. Romney ridiculed his opponent by urging voters to send him “to the moon.” For his part, Gingrich accused Romney of “pretending to be someone he’s not.”

But while the bickering continues, Romney won the Florida primary Tuesday by a large margin over Gingrich.

Meanwhile, in , our informal — and very unscientific —  showed their biggest rival, President Barack Obama, in the lead. Readers who took the poll cited the economy as their biggest concern during the 2012 election season.
