Watch the Routine that Won Lemont High School a State Title

The Indians’ state championship is their first under head coach Dave Erlenbaugh, who is in his second year heading the Lemont program. The Indians won consecutive state titles in 2009, 2010 and 2011 under former coach Brittany Glowa.

Under the direction of Head Coach Dave Erlenbaugh, the Lemont varsity cheerleaders posted a top score of 88.22 in the preliminary round of 25 entrants, which advanced them as one of the top 10 teams to compete in the championship round where they took first place with a posted score of 90.84; and

In addition to the squad’s four state titles, they finished as state runners-up in 2007, 2008 and 2013 and brought home third-place trophies in 2006 and 2012.
