The Lemont Park District has released its schematic for the new and improved Virginia Reed Park at the corner of Eureka and Warner avenues in Lemont, which can be viewed above (click "Download PDF" for the complete file.)
According to the Suburban Life, Park District staff said the renovations will be finished by the end of June, with a rededication to follow.
The design includes a playground, a swingset, a shelter, paved pathways and a giant stationary toy train.
