Lemont police reports, Nov. 14-20

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 20

DUI, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol

Liutauras Dovydaitis, 53, 4444 S. Tallman Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and no driver's license following a traffic stop in the 9700 block of Lemont Road. He was issued a Dec. 12 court date at the Will County Court House.

TUESDAY, NOV. 19

Retail Theft

Darius Bartoszek, 23,537 Senon Drive, Lemont, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. for retail theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. He was issued a Jan. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

No Valid Driver's License, No Insurance

Carlos A. Helguera, 22, 724 Walnut St., Lemont, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. for no valid driver's license, no insurance and no lights when required following a traffic stop at State and Weimer streets. He was issued a Jan. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

MONDAY, NOV. 18

Suspended License, No Insurance

Stephen P. Sullivan, 43, 400 Main St., Lemont, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. for driving while license is suspended and no insurance following a traffic stop at Talcott Avenue and Stephen Street. He was issued a Jan. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

FRIDAY, NOV. 15

Robbery

Brian J. Lagiglia, 54, 12419 Mackinac Road, Homer Glen, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. for robbery following an incident in the 300 block of Short Street. He was issued a Dec. 10 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

THURSDAY, NOV. 14

Possession of a Controlled Substance

• Nicholas R. Rokita, 31, 407 Grant St., Lemont, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Porter Street. He was issued a Dec. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Tarita J. Maka, 27, 16136 New Avenue, Lemont, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance and expired registration following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Porter Street. She was issued a Dec. 9 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
