Resisting Police
Stephen G. Mason, 56, of the 800 block of State Street, Lemont, was charged at 6:40 p.m. with resisting/obstructing a peace office following an incident on the same block. Mason was issued an Oct. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.DUI Alcohol
Christopher S. Abels, 50, of the 700 block of Julia Street, Lemont, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. following a traffic stop at Main and Kotlin streets. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Abels was issued an Oct. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
Vehicle Damaged
Someone reported at 8:01 a.m. that the windshield and rear window of a vehicle were damaged on the 1300 block of Eagle Crest Drive.THURSDAY, AUG. 29
Resisting Police
A juvenile was charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer and disorderly conduct following an incident on the 1100 block of State Street. The juvenile will appear in the Bridgeview Juvenile Courts, according to police.WEDNESDAY, AUG. 28
Burglary from Motor Vehicle
Someone at 6:23 p.m. removed without permission currency from a vehicle on the first block of Loblolly Court, police said.Hit and Run
Someone struck a vehicle at 2:48 p.m. and fled the scene on the 800 block of Porter Street, according to police.- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
