Police Blotter: Retail Theft in Orland, Possession of Stolen Property

Disorderly Conduct

Mario Aguinaga, 47, of McCarthy Road in Lemont, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. in the 16000 block of 127th Street. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

Criminal Damage to Property

Scott M. Tully, 24, of Stephen Street in Lemont, was arrested at 11 p.m. in the first block of Stephen Street. He was charged with criminal damage to property.

No Valid License

Francisco J. Alfaro, 24, of Bruce Road in Lockport, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. in the 12400 block of Archer Avenue. He was charged with no valid driver's license and improper lane usage.

Suspended License

Alexander W. Schneider, 35, of Miller Court in Plainfield, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. in the 17300 block of 127th Street. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

Possession of Stolen Property

• Wade C. Harlow, 18, of Macintyre Drive in Lockport, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. near State Street and Peiffer Avenue. He was charged with theft/possession of stolen property.
• Tyler Ash, 18, of McCameron Avenue in Lockport, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. near State Street and Peiffer Avenue. He was charged with theft/possession of stolen property.

Retail Theft in Orland Park

James V. Hoffman, 44, of the 600 block of 1st Street in Lemont, was charged with retail theft. Security at a retail store in the 15800 block of 94th Avenue told police that Hoffman put two DVD box sets in his coat and fled the shopping center in his car around 11:30 a.m. Orland Park police were able to pull the license plate number off surveillance footage and Lemont police arrested him March 20, according to reports.

DUI

Aleksandras Davydenkovas, 40, of Birchwood Drive in Homer Glen, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. at the intersection of 127th Street and Archer Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage.

DUI

Kelly L. Rank, 29, of Lakeside Drive in Lockport, was arrested at 2:57 a.m. in the 13200 block of Archer Avenue. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper passing.
