SATURDAY, JULY 6

Aggravated Assault, Resisting Police

Maurice A. Harris, 34, of the 400 block of West 61st Street, Chicago, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. following an incident on the 12400 block of Archer Avenue. Harris was charged with aggravated assault and obstructing or resisting a peace officer. He was issued an Aug. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

No License, Speeding

Ericka Martinez, 23, of the 300 block of Larkin, Joliet, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Glenys Drive. She was charged with speeding and driving without a license. She was issued a July 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

THURSDAY, JULY 4

Failure to Secure Child, No Insurance

Juan D. Garcia, 29, of the 3500 block of Peachtree Court, Joliet, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Timberline Drive. He was charged with:

One Headlight, Suspended License

James Korosec, 49, of the 1000 block of McCarthy Road, Lemont, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Czacki Street. He was charged with driving with one headlight and driving while license suspended. He was issued a July 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 3

Retail Theft

Andrew K. Gavin, 48, of the 100 block of Branchaw Boulevard, New Lenox, was arrested at 2:42 a.m. following an incident on the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. Gavin was charged with retail theft and appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

TUESDAY, JULY 2

Expired Registration, Suspended License

Miguel Torres, 48, of the 700 block of Bluff City Boulevard, Elgin, was arrested at 8:26 a.m. following a traffic stop on the 100 block of Main Street. He was charged with expired registration and driving while license suspended. He was issued a July 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

MONDAY, JULY 1

Resisting Police

Preston R. Gowens, 18, of the 200 block of Stephen Street, Lemont, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. following an incident on the 200 block of Canal Street. Gowens was charged obstructing or resisting a peace officer. He was issued a July 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

No Insurance, Suspended License

Miguel A. Hernandez, 41, of the 600 block of Jordan Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. following a traffic stop at Smith Road and 127th Street. He was charged with no insurance, disobeying a stop sign and driving while license suspended. He was issued a July 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
