Police Blotter: Property Damage, DUI, Transporting Child without Restraints

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made Aug. 22-28. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Aug. 28

DUI

Michael J. Zalud, 29, of 645 Kensington Way in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:12 p.m. near Illinois Street and the Lemont Overpass. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane usage and transporting a child under 6 without restraints.

Suspended License

Tracilyn Nitti, 30 of 1039 Warner Ave. in Lemont, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. near State and Illinois streets. She was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Saturday, Aug. 27

DUI

Alfonso Arroyo, 46, of 6316 S. Kenneth in Chicago, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. near Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

Traffic Violations

Mitzi V. Mendozo-Montoya, 25, of 377 Cedar St. in Aurora, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. near Illinois and State streets. She was charged with driving without a valid license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

Friday, Aug. 26

Criminal Damage to Property

John D. Barry, 46, of 33 Stephen St. in Lemont, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. in the 50 block of Stephen St. He was charged with criminal damage to property.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

Traffic Violations

Darrell Muscolino, 42, of 34 Horseshoe Lane in Lemont, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. near Covington and Overton drives. He was charged with driving without a valid license and disobeying a stop sign.
