Police Blotter: Obstructing Peace Officer, Driving on Suspended License

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made Oct. 16-23. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Oct. 20

Obstructing Peace Officer

Daniel M. Garza, 23, of 503 Lemont St. in Lemont, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. in the 100 block of Main Street. He was charged with obstructing a peace officer and interfering with an official traffic control device. He was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.

Tuesday, Oct. 18

No Valid Driver's License

  • Carlos Sanchez-Morales, 35, of 2112 S. 50th Ave. in Cicero, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. in the 13200 block of Bell Road. He was charged with driving without a valid license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was issued a Nov. 14 court date in Bridgeview.
  • Lance P. Janis Jr., 35, of 1200 Oak Ridge Drive in Streamwood, was arrested at 10:33 a.m. in the 17300 block of 127th Street. He was charged with driving without a valid license and driving with expired registration. He was issued a Nov. 18 court date in Bridgeview.
Sunday, Oct. 16

Suspended License

Krzysztof D. Antas, 30, of 2157 W. 18th Place in Chicago, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Smith Road. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding. He was issued a Nov. 8 court date in Bridgeview.
