Police Blotter: Home Invasion, Vandalism

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made March 4-15. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, March 15

Revoked License

Zbigniew F. Wandtke, 54, of 559 Belmont Ave. in Romeoville, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. near McCarthy Road and St. James Way. He was charge with driving on a revoked license. He was issued an April 26 court date in Bridgeview.

Wednesday, March 14

Revoked License

John H. Moriarty, 22, of 6107 W. 123rd St. in Palos Heights, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. He was charged with driving on a revoked license and speeding. He will appear in the DuPage County courthouse.

Tuesday, March 13

Home Invasion

James B. Rogers, 40, of 1341 Buell Ave. in Joliet, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. in the 200 block of Freehauf Street. He was charged with home invasion. He appeared in the Bridgeview courthouse for a bond hearing.

No Valid License

Nicholas C. Ludes, 30, of 10856 Princess Ave. in Chicago Ridge, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. in the 1100 block of McCarthy Road. He was charged with no valid driver's license and failure to wear a seat belt. He was issued an April 26 court date in Bridgeview.

Friday, March 9

Vandalism

Between 5 p.m. March 9 and 5 p.m. March 10, an unknown offender damaged a vehicle in the 15300 block of 127th Street.

Wednesday, March 7

Vandalism

  • Between 3 p.m. March 4 and 11 p.m. March 7, an unknown offender damaged two windows on a home and one window on a vehicle in the 500 block of Keepataw Drive.
  • Between 9 p.m. March 7 and 7:30 a.m. March 8, an unknown offender damaged a vehicle in the 16100 block of New Avenue.
