Police Blotter: DUIs, Suspended Licenses, Violation of Orders of Protection, Escape
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests and incidents Sept. 4-9. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, Sept. 4
Suspended license, Disobeying a stop sign
Hasan I. Zegar, 55, of the 14000 block of Golden Oak Drive in Homer Glen, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. at Lemont Road and Archer Ave. Zegar was charged with driving while license is suspended and disobeying a stop sign, and was issued an Oct. 17 court date in Bridgeview.
Wednesday, Sept. 5
Suspended license, Expired registration

Daniel R. McDade, 21, of the 1500 block of Jefferson St. in Lockport, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. in the 17000 block of 127th St. McDade was charged with driving while license is suspended and expired registration, and was issued an Oct. 19 court date in Bridgeview.
Thursday, Sept. 6
Violation of orders of protection, Escape

Sherri L. Forillo, 49, of the 1000 block of McCarthy Road in Lemont, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. following incidents in the 500 block of Fourth St. and the 100 block of Stephen St. Forillo was charged with violation of orders of protection and with escape, following an incident in the 14600 block of 127th St. Forillo was issued an Oct. 15 court date on the violation of order of protection charges and Oct. 31 on the escape charge.
Friday, Sept. 7
Suspended license
Aaron D. Black, 22, of the 17600 block of 65th Ave. in Tinley Park, was arrested at 2:31 p.m. in the 15800 block of New Ave. Black was charged with driving while license is suspended and was issued an Oct. 17 court date in Bridgeview.
Revoked license, Failure to signal
Robert A. Zajack, 47, of the 8800 block of Harlem Ave. in Bridgeport, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. at New Ave. and Lockport St. and charged with driving while license is revoked and failure to signal when required. Zajack was issued an Oct. 17 court date in Bridgeview.
Saturday, Sept. 8
DUI, Improper lane usage
Michael A. Adelman, 23, of the 9000 block of Windsor Drive in Palos Hills, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. at Archer Ave. and McCarthy Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Adelman was issued an Oct. 17 court date in Bridgeview.
Sunday, Sept. 9
DUI, Illegal transportation of alcohol, Improper lane usage
Dale Carreto, 42, of the 300 block of Daffodil Drive in Romeoville, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. at Archer Ave. and 135th St. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. Carreto was issued an Oct. 17 court date in Bridgeview.
