Police Blotter: DUI, No Valid License

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made April 23 – May 6. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, May 6

No Valid License

Sara E. Bednarcik, 26, of the 7200 block of Inshnala Drive in Palos Heights, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. near Archer Avenue and Oaktree Lane. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane usage. She was issued a June 26 court date in Bridgeview.

Saturday, May 5

DUI

  • Joseph S. Gudyka, 36, of the 300 block of Logan Street in Lemont, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. in the 11200 block of Archer Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, no valid driver’s license and improper lane usage. He was charged with. He was issued a June 26 court date in Bridgeview.
  • Peter J. Desimone, 22, of the 14700 block of Ashford Drive in Lemont, was arrested at 3:59 a.m. in the 11200 block of Archer Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence, no insurance, speeding and improper lane usage. He was issued a June 26 court date in Bridgeview.

No Valid License

Antonio Sosa-Rodriguez, 21, of the 700 block of McCarthy Road in Lemont, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. in the 1000 block of Hillview Drive. He was charged with no valid driver’s license and speeding. He was issued a June 4 court date in Bridgeview.

Friday, May 4

No Valid License

Jason Grischkat, 31, of the 400 block of Glenys Drive in Lemont, was arrested at 12:08 p.m. near State and Cass streets. He was charged with no valid driver’s license and improper display of rear registration. He was issued a June 4 court date in Bridgeview.
