Police Blotter: DUI, Marijuana Possession

Traffic Violations

• Beatriz Vertiz-Chavarria, 44, of 421 E. Benton St. in Joliet, was arrested at 4:57 a.m. in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. She was charged with speeding.

• Bobby J. Warren, 26, of 1513 Connor Ave. in Lockport, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. near State Street and Keepataw Drive. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and no seat belt.

Possession of Marijuana, Fake ID

David J. Plecki, 19, of 12929 Bluegrass Dr. in Lemont, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. near Hillview and Una drives. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of fake IDs and underage consumption.

Suspended License

Daniel J. Joyce, 30, of 806 Murphy Dr. in Romeoville, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. in the 12700 block of 127th St. He was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Speeding

Martin Rajchel, 34, of 13 Norton St. in Lemont, was arrested at 5:05 a.m. near Lemont Road and Illinois St. He was charged with speeding.

Suspended License

Ricardo Rodriguez, 31 of 6530 N. Clark St. in Chicago, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. near Lemont and Old Lemont roads. He was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Traffic Violations

• Vincente Araiza, 28, of 664 N. Henderson in Joliet, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. near Lemont Road and 109th Street. He was charged with driving without a valid license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving without lights when required.

• Nicholas Gendeman, 24, of 512 Ledochowski St. in Lemont, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. in the 300 block of Main Street. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

DUI

Ryan M. Forman, 18, of 504 Saratoga Lane in Missouri, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. near New Avenue and Timberline Drive. He was charged with driving under the influence of marijuana, no valid driver's license and improper lane usage.

No Valid License

Vincente Aleman, 20, of 9725 S. Karlov Ave. in Oak Lawn, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. near Lockport Street and New Avenue. He was charged with driving without a valid Illinois license and improper backing.
