Police Blotter: DUI, Endangering Life of Child

Suspended License

Anthony W. Gervasio, 25, of 721 Czacki St. in Lemont, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. near Czacki and Sobieski streets. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. 

Endangering Life of a Child

Dawn C. Witbrod, 36, of 16670 Sterling Drive in Lemont, was arrested at 11:31 a.m. near Briarcliffe and Sterling Drive. She was charged with endangering the life of a child and obstructing a peace officer.

Suspended License

Omar Hernandez, 26, of 3316 55th St. in Chicago, was arrested at 8:54 a.m. near Lemont Road and Illinois Street. He was charged with driving with a suspended license, improper lane usage and failure to wear a seat belt.

Revoked License

Greg W. Kielma, 39, of 13648 Star Lane in Lemont, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. near Hillview and Glenview drives. He was charged with driving on a revoked license and speeding.

Suspended License

Mallory J. Johnson, 25, of 12500 Archer Ave. in Lemont, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. near 131st Street and Archer Avenue. She was charged with driving on a suspended license and suspended registration.

No Valid License

Javier Mora-Alcantara, 35, of 35 Stephen St. in Lemont, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. in the 1100 block of State Street. He was charged with driving without a valid Illinois license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.

Revoked License

Andrew M. Simmons, 22, of 1401 Center St. in Joliet, was arrested at 7:36 a.m. in the 500 block of Main Street. He was charged with driving with a revoked license, no insurance and improper display of registration.

DUI

James P. Arnold, 27, of 508 State St. in Lemont, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. near Wend and State streets. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and improper backing.
