Police Blotter: Driving Under the Influence, Traffic Violations

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made Feb. 13-19. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Feb. 16

Driving Under the Influence

John A. Dennis, 38, of 14230 Hillcrest Drive in Lemont, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. near Main and Fourth streets. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license, illegal transport of alcohol, speeding and no insurance. He was issued a March 7 court date in Bridgeview.

Suspended License

David M. Demars, 42, of 1720 Ashland Ave. in Park Ridge, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. near Covington Drive and Camelot Lane. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and having an obstructed windshield. He was issued a March 21 court date in Bridgeview.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

Driving Under the Influence

Ted Gajos, 52, of 11930 Walker Road in Lemont, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. following an accident near Walker and McCarthy roads. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, accident involving non-injury, driving on sidewalk, no insurance and improper turn. He was issued a March 7 court date in Bridgeview.

Monday, Feb. 13

Driving Under the Influence

Kimberly A. Fernandes, 40, of 20513 Acorn Ridge in Frankfort, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. near Illinois and Fremont streets. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. She was issued a March 7 court date.

No Valid License, Speeding

Cheryl K. Beadle, 56, of 1 Mirta Circle in Lemont, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. in the 17300 block of 127th Street. She was charged with no valid driver's license and speeding. She was issued an April 20 court date in Bridgeview.
