Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, Retail Theft, License Violations

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for DUI-related arrests and incidents Nov. 4-10. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Nov. 4

Suspended License

Joseph Alvarado, 42, of the 800 block of Thornton Ave. in Lockport, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. at Archer Ave. and 127th St. He was charged with driving while license is suspended and issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.

Monday, Nov. 5

Revoked License, No Insurance, Expired Registration

Angelo C. Brandonisio, 32, of the 30 block of Freehauf St. was arrested at 5:30 a.m. at Lemont Road and Illinois St. He was charged with driving while license is revoked, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration.

John A. Kozeluh, 35, of the 14000 block of Cricketwood in Homer Glen, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. at Archer Ave. and Mirta Circle. He was charged with driving while his license is suspended and expired registration and issued a Dec.11 court date in Bridgeview.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

Speeding, Suspended License

Daniel Wisiecki, 18, of the 400 block of Maggie Lane in Romeoville, was arrested at 3:08 p.m. in the 17300 block of 127th St. He was charged with driving while license is suspended and speeding. Wisiecki was issued a Dec. 5 court date at the Will County Court House.

Wednesday, Nov. 7

No Driver’s License, No Insurance, Suspended Registration

Laura Cardenas, 34, of the 400 block of Maple St. in Joliet, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. at New Ave. and I-355. She was charged with no valid driver’s license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and suspended registration. Cardenas was issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.

Domestic Assault, Domestic Battery

Ronald J. Benbow, 37, of the 800 block of Warner Ave., was arrested at 8:48 p.m. in the 800 block of Warner Ave. He was charged with domestic assault and domestic battery and appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Thursday, Nov. 8

Suspended License, No Insurance, Obstructed Registration

David Delisle, 51, of the 4500 block of W. 89th St. in Hometown, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. in the 400 block of Main St. He was charged with driving while his license is suspended, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and obstructed registration. Delisle was issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.

Retail Theft

Stacey N. Arnold, 29, of the 1300 block of Argo Lane in Lockport, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. in the 13400 block of Archer Ave. She was charged with retail theft and issued a Nov. 27 court date in Bridgeview.

Domestic Battery

John F. Wood, 46, of the 100 block of Timberline Drive, was arrested at 12:06 p.m. in the 100 block of Timberline Drive. He was charged with domestic battery and appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Saturday, Nov. 10

Suspended License, Speeding

Daniel J. Giannola, 24, of the 17200 block of 143rd St. in Lockport, was arrested at 8:41 p.m. in the 15800 block of New Ave. He was charged with driving while license is suspended and speeding. Giannola was issued a Dec. 11 court date in Bridgeview.
