Police Blotter: Battery, Stolen Items, Leaving Scene of an Accident
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made Jan. 25-28. It does not indicate a conviction.
Leaving Scene of an Accident
Kyle Lipowski, 21, of 901 Kromray Road in Lemont, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. following an accident in the 700 block of Kromray Road. He was charged with driving too fast for conditions, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information after striking property and failure to report an accident. He was issued a March 7 court date in Bridgeview.
Stolen Hunting Tools
A buck hunting knife and two geese calls were stolen from a vehicle in the 0-50 block of Glenview Lane between 10:15 p.m. Jan. 28 and 6:30 a.m. Jan. 29. Anyone with information should contact Lemont police at 630-257-2229.
Thursday, Jan. 26Battery
Judi Rokosik, 40, of 833 Warner Ave. in Lemont, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. in the 100 block of Stephen St. She was charged with battery. She was issued a March 21 court date in Bridgeview.

Driving Under the Influence
A McDermitt pool cue, a pool cue case, currency and a baseball cap with a DC logo were stolen from the 400 block of Sara Avenue between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. Anyone with information should contact Lemont police at 630-257-2229.
