Police Blotter: Five Arrested for DUI

The following DUI arrests were made Oct. 21-23 by the .

• Stephen A. Fulkerson, 29, of 605 McCarthy Road in Lemont, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. near the intersection of McCarthy and Derby roads. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license and no insurance. He was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.

• Amanda E. Giedraitis, 24, of 666 Fourth St. in Lemont, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. following an incident at New Avenue and Timberline Drive. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was issued a Dec. 10 court date in Bridgeview.

• Cary K. Fincuane, 49, of 14044 Persimmon Drive in Orland Park, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. near the intersection of State and 127th streets. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and expired registration. She was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.

• Colleen N. Stahl, 28, of 1748 N. Honore in Chicago, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. in the 13400 block of Archer Ave. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and no insurance. She was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.

Lazaro Aguiar, 34, of 1242 N. Kedzie Ave. in Chicago, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. in the 15800 block of New Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.
