SUNDAY, SEPT. 1

DUI Alcohol, Failure to Signal

Gwenda L. O’Neill, 53, of the 800 block of Main Street, Lemont, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. following a traffic stop at Main and Lockport streets. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug equipment, improper lane usage and failure to signal. O’Neill was issued an Oct. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aggravated Assault

John M. Mason, 48, of the 800 block of State Street, Lemont, was charged at 6:40 p.m. with aggravated assault following an incident on the same block. Mason appeared at the Bridgeview Courthouse for a bond hearing.

Laptop Stolen

Someone removed without permission a Dell laptop from a vehicle on the 300 block of Main Street. The incident occurred sometime between 9 p.m. Aug. 31 and 11 a.m. Sept. 1, according to police.

No License, Speeding

Ana L. Escudero-Gutierrez, 46, of the 1600 block of Barry Circle, Crest Hill, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. following a traffic stop on the 15700 block of New Avenue. She was charged with no valid Illinois driver’s license and speeding over the posted limit. Escudero-Gutierrez was issued an Oct. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

SATURDAY, AUG. 31

Suspended License, Defective Muffler

Renee S. Lima, 36, of the 400 block of Francis Street, Joliet, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 15700 block of New Avenue. She was charged with driving while license suspended and defective muffler. Lima was issued an Oct. 22 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Suspended License, Improper Lane Usage

Joseph R. Martinez, 33, of the 2000 block of Wheatfield Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 16700 block of New Avenue. He was charged with driving while license suspended and improper lane usage. Martinez was issued a Sept. 20 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.


TUESDAY, AUG. 27

Suspended License, Failure to Signal

Misael Medina Jr., 22, of the 3800 block of Scoville Avenue, Berwyn, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. following a traffic stop at Illinois and State streets. He was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to signal when required. Medina was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

MON., AUG. 26

Unlawful Use of Recreational Area

Lemont residents Daniel Birmingham, 49, of the 200 block of Freehauf Street, and Michael T. Wirtz, 50, of the 1200 block of Abbey Oaks Drive, were cited at 8:28 p.m. for unlawful use of a recreational area following an incident on the 14700 block of National Park Drive.

Suspended License I

Thomas L. Santucci, 56, of the 1400 block of Ennen Drive, Rapid City, S.D., was arrested at 5:08 p.m. following a traffic stop on the 900 block of State Street. He was charged with driving while license suspended. Santucci was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Suspended License II

Vincent M. Haddad, 27, of the 100 block of Park Avenue, River Forest, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. following a traffic stop at Illinois and Lemont streets. He was charged with driving while license suspended. Haddad was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
