Palos Community Hospital Celebrates EMS Week 2014

During National Emergency Medical Services Week, Palos Community Hospital is proud to salute all EMTs, paramedics and first responders for their dedication to saving people’s lives.

This year's special recognition week, "EMS. Dedicated for Life," was celebrated May 18 to 24 and marks the 40th year of the week-long event.

As a way to say thank you to EMS workers for the critical role they play in the health of Palos Community Hospital's patients and the local community, the men and women on the “front lines” were treated to a cookout during EMS Week.
