The Mother McAuley/Saint Xavier Academy Alumnae Association now is accepting nominations for its Hall of Honor. The Hall of Honor was established in 2013 and recognizes individuals who exemplify lives of Mercy as evidenced by their contributions to the community or the world.

Honorees will be announced at Mother McAuley’s second annual All-Class Reunion, to be held at the school, on October 25. Any alumnae, supporter or friend to McAuley and Saint Xavier Academy during its 166-year history are eligible.

Nominations will close Friday, June 20 at 11:59 p.m. Nomination forms and additional information can be found online at www.mothermcauley.org. Alumnus and supporters may also call the Alumnae Office at 773-881-6565 to obtain a nomination form.

“McAuley Hall serves to honor the remarkable people who have been a part of the legacy of McAuley and Saint Xavier Academy,” says Lorri Johnson Nagle ’81, Alumnae Association Board president. “We are a school of more than 25,000 accomplished, determined and influential alumnae, each blessed with an exceptional education.”

“Our alumna and supporters have made impactful contributions to their fields of work or study; we wish to recognize them for their many accomplishments and continued support of Mercy education,” Nagle added.

McAuley Hall is a permanent installation at the school, serving to educate and inspire current and future students and visitors.

“It is a continuing reminder that a McAuley education is a lifetime advantage, a foundation for the highest achievement,” Nagle said.
