Lemont Police Benevolence Association Hosts Third Annual Golf Outing

Proceeds will benefit officer facing serious injury or illness, as well as local families suffering tragedies.

The Lemont Police Benevolence Association will host its third annual golf outing Tuesday.

Golfing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Gleneagles Country Club, 13070 W. McCarthy Road in Lemont. The cost is $100 per golfer.

Dinner will be held at Crystal Grand Banquets, 12416 Archer Ave., and will include a four-hour open bar, raffles and a silent auction.

The Lemont Police Benevolence Association was founded in 2011 with the purpose of helping police officers facing serious injury or illness. The organization also assists local families suffering tragedies and various charities.

Those who do not attend the golf outing can still donate to the benevolence fund by sending checks to 14600 127th St., Lemont, IL 60439.
