The library is partnering for the fourth year with the Women’s Auxiliary of Lemont VFW Post# 5819 and the Rotary Club of Lemont-Homer Glen to collect and distribute items requested by veterans at Hines Hospital and the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans, Inc.
These organizations are in need of cleaning supplies, paper products, linens, gift cards and office supplies. Details are included in these wish lists:

Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans Wish List
Donations may be brought to the Circulation Desk during regular library hours from October 1st through November 11th (Veterans Day). For each donation, you will receive a coupon good for a free DVD rental or $1.00 off fines, up to a maximum of $10 per library account.
