Relay For Life Team Forming Now!!

Teams are forming now for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Lemont/Homer Glen. Anyone interested in learning more is invited to attend the next team meeting on June 5th, 7:00 p.m., at Lemont Park District Centennial Center.

Gather your friends and neighbors and form a team for the 2012 Relay For Life on July 13th 6:00 p.m. to July 14th 6 a.m. to join us in the fight against cancer.  Teams of residents from Lemont and Homer Glen will camp out over night and take turns walking around the track at the Lemont High School Sports Complex, 131st and Bell Road.  The night is filled with special ceremonies which, CELEBRATE the survivors – REMEMBER those who lost the battle - FIGHT BACK for the future.  The evening is filled with fun activities, music and games.  Companies, neighborhood service organizations are all invited to form a team, be a sponsor, donate food or beverages, or volunteer the day of the event.
