Community Update

I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I have lived in Lemont my whole life and have been to the laundry mat before, and have never had a problem. But quite frankly the treatment that my significant other and myself received this evening was appalling and disgusting. No one should ever treat another person (let alone a paying customer) like the way the attendant there treated us this evening. Not only did she berate us for coming in a few minutes before the last load is supposed to be going in (which is an hour before they close and hour and a half if you look them up online); but then proceeded to storm out, upon her return with another person in tow she was loudly complaining (yelling) and swearing about us, when asked if she had a problem with us (which she clearly did considering her use of profanity) she turned her rant full frontal upon us and started to yell about having to do her job, because she's already cleaned two times before and now she will have to do so again after we leave. After the treatment we received we tried everything we could to hurry this experience along (and were still out well before they closed); as if wasn't painful enough to watch the minutes on the dryer tick by as if time was ceasing, it was made all the worse by having to listen to the constant complaints about us being there. Complaints such as "These f*cking terrible people!" which is a direct quote, I don't think I should be made to feel like a "terrible" person because I came into a place of business during their business hours and tried to use their service.
