Shop & Munch at Aurora Rose Boutique

Join NEW-The Network of Entrepreneurial Women at Aurora Rose Boutique in Lemont (http://www.loveaurorarose.com/)for business networking and a pre-holiday shopping spree. Aurora Rose, A Unique Boutique is a gallery-style boutique featuring the wares of the most magnificent locally handcrafted businesses found in the Chicagoland area.

Founded in 2011 and owned by mother-daughter duo Kim and Amber Peters, the store offers diverse handcrafted products including soaps, lotions, candles, baby blankets, jewelry, fairy dolls, parasols, wall and home decor, greeting cards, hair adornments, children’s clothes, stuffed animals, quirky decorative items, handbags, doll clothes and select food products. The munch aspect of our event will include a sampling of Tastefully Simple products. Aurora Rose Boutique is located at at 111 Stephen Street in Lemont, IL. This store holds gift wares for the entire family, so join us to get a head start on your holiday shopping. A parking lot is located around the corner from the store, and street parking is also available. Historic Lemont (http://www.lemont.il.us), where Aurora Rose is situated, is home to a variety of family restaurants, antiques and memorabilia stores, upscale clothing boutiques, a cute wine shop and hosts the Lemont Legends Cruise Nights during the summer. Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve (http://www.dupageforest.com/Conservation/Forest_Preserves/Waterfall_Glen.aspx) is located along Lemont Road, just a few hundred feet north of the Des Plaines River. Its 9.5 miles of trails connect to the extensive Southern DuPage County Regional Trail system. The Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago is located a few minutes outside of downtown (http://htgc.org/Home/index.php) and is open for pre-arranged group tours in the morning.
