ALL WHO QUALIFY ARE WELCOME TO COME!  If you are enrolled in one of the following programs, you may qualify for a FREE cell phone and 250 FREE minutes every month.

  • Federal Public Housing Assistance
  • Food Stamps
  • Medicaid
  • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
  • Supplemental Security Insurance (SSI)
  • National School Lunch (Free Program Only)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
There will be a SafeLink Representative On-Site at the Community Center to help people apply for this FREE Cell Phone program.
