Primary Care Professionals Open House

As the saying goes, an apple a day keeps
the doctor away, which is why the physicians with Primary Care Professionals
are hosting an Open House giving away taffy apples, an Apple iPad  and
health screenings. The free event will be held Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 3 to 6 p.m.
in Suite 370 of Pavilion A on the Silver Cross Hospital campus, 1890 Silver
Cross Blvd., New Lenox.

Participants will receive complimentary
taffy apples, apple cider and other delicious and nutritious treats.
There will be a drawing for an Apple iPad2, and free health screenings for high
blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. No fasting is required.

Attendees can also meet the staff
including Drs. Jinsup Kim, internal medicine; Thomas Lee, family practice; and
Ramaraja Yalavarthi, internal medicine and geriatrics.  The three
experienced physicians relocated their practice from Chicago Heights earlier
this year and are now on staff at Silver Cross Hospital. New patients are
welcome.  Primary Care Professionals accept most insurance and offer
evening and Saturday appointments. For more information, to register to attend
the Open House or to schedule an appointment with one of the physicians, call
(815) 300-1450.
