FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH EVENT: "RESOLVE: The New Year’s Weight Loss Challenge"

FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKSHOP:

WHY CUTTING CARBS AND COUNTING CALORIES RUIN OUR NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS

Lemont, IL (Feb. 7, 2014) — Bad information dooms
most New Year’s resolutions before they begin. Outdated weight loss advice—like
counting every calorie and avoiding all carbohydrates—can
actually stimulate hunger and lead to food binging.  Weight loss that lasts a lifetime depends on
the presence and effectiveness of the human body’s vital hormones. When low-quality
foods cause the overproduction and burnout of these crucial hormones, weight
loss becomes nearly impossible—regardless of
caloric intake.

On Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 10am-12pm, Dr. Paul
Stoetzel DC & Robyn
Stoetzel RN, BSN, will host a Makeover workshop, “RESOLVE:
The New Year’s
Weight Loss Challenge”
at 1243 S. State Street, Suite 106, in Lemont, IL.  This free, two-hour community event offers a
30-day weight loss challenge to attendees of all ages and backgrounds in order
to help them balance their insulin, leptin and other important hormone levels
related to weight management.  In
addition, there will be several testing packages available at special
discounted prices for those participants who choose to attend the Makeover. “Often
we find that our patients either have food sensitivities (to sugar, dairy, or
gluten) and/or serious vitamin deficiencies, toxicity concerns, or hormonal
imbalances that hinder their bodies from losing weight or healing
properly.  This workshop is our way of
giving back to the community,”
says Dr. Paul & Robyn
Stoetzel.  “Every
year, we offer this workshop to our community because it helps participants
understand the root causes of their health problems first so that they can then
begin implementing 5 core essentials that will bring them to optimum health.”

The RESOLVE event will address a few simple concepts to
help attendees restore proper hormone function and manage weight naturally:
