"Braid Tales: The Zig Zags & Twists of Urban Classroom Pedgogy" is presented by Kuumba Lynx Adult Ensemble (KLAE) and GSU Center for Performing Arts.

This informal lecture will explore the relationship between youth development work, Hip Hop performance, and Kuumba Lynx's WE GET FREE pedagogy.

Moderated by Dr. Rashidah Mohammed.

Panelists include Jacinda Bullie, Jaquanda Villegas, Keith Redmond, and Darius Parker.

The "Braid Tales" lecture will take place in Engbretson Hall, directly across from the Center for Performing Arts.

Then join us at the Center two days later on Saturday, January 26th at 8:00pm for the full performance of "Braid Tales" presented by Kuumba Lynx and FootworKINGz.

A twisted & truthful street art production weaving real life through the lens of Chi-Town’s KLAE.

Fuzin' boom beatz, ill poetics, and show stoppin' dance moves, "Braid Tales" invite you to join Hip Hip's socially "JUST-MOVEMENT!"
