Village, VFW Announce Memorial Day Service
A short ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Main Street War Memorial.
Lemont residents are invited to attend a brief Memorial Day ceremony Monday morning to honor the nation's military men and women.
The service, which is being hosted by the village and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5819, will be begin at 11:30 a.m. at the War Memorical in the 200 block of Main St.
A reception will follow at , 15780 New Ave.
