2. Active Transportation Meeting

The Village of Lemont is creating an that will establish the community's goals for walking, bicycling and other forms of active transportation. The first of two kick-off meetings will be held at 8 a.m. Tuesday in Village Hall, 418 Main St.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Mark Fenton, one of the nation's foremost experts on walking. For more information, call 630-257-1595.

3. Farmers Market Continues

4. Flu Shot Clinic

The , 50 E. Wend St., is hosting a flu shot clinic from 6 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Tuesday. Adults will be able to purchase and receive flu shots from for $29.99 (Medicare accepted).

5. Youth Choir Nacho Night

, 200 E. Illinois St., is hosting a Youth Choir Nacho Night at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. The church's youth choir will rehearse before enjoying "nachos, fiesta and fun." The choir is currently accepting new members in second grade through high school. For more information, call 630-257-6134.
