2. Lunching at the Library

The , 50 E. Wend St., is hosting "Lunching @ the Library: Family Matters with Long-Term Care" at noon Thursday. David Dykstra, a financial adviser with Edward Jones in Orland Park, will show you how to create a long-term care strategy now to help protect your family from financial burdens in the future.

3. Comprehensive Plan Input

The is seeking input from the community as work begins on updating the Comprehensive Plan. A survey is now available at www.lemont.il.us.

4. Family Science Night

The Lemont Park District is hosting a Family Science Night at , 16028 W. 127th St., on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will feature hands-on activities for children and parents, a science fair, and guest speakers from Argonne National Laboratory and Fermilab. 5. LHS Reunion Events for Homecoming

Several alumni groups will be holding reunion events this weekend to celebrating homecoming.

Class of 1991 (20-Year Reunion)

On Friday, Sept. 23, members of the Class of 1991 are invited to take a tour of the building. The tour will begin at 6 p.m. from the "Archway entrance" off of Porter Street. The tour will end in time to attend the varsity football game against Tinley Park, which is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

After the game, class members will congregate at , 103 Stephen St.

Class of 1996 (15-Year Reunion)
