Sept. 14: Teen Cyberbullying Seminar, Old Quarry Gift Checkbooks

2. Teen Internet Safety Seminar

The Cook County Crimes Against Children Task Force will host an informational seminar for teens at the on Wednesday on online safety, cyberbullying and sexting. The seminar will be held at , 16028 W. 127th St., from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

3. Magic Class for Kids

The Lemont Park District will host the Magic Team of Gary Cantor at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Centennial Community Center, 16028 W. 127th St. Kids ages 5-12 are invited to learn tricks involving cards, ropes, coins, mind-reading and more. 4. Old Quarry Checkbooks

Wednesday is the final day to purchase gift checkbooks to benefit . The books, which cost $35, contain gift-checks to local restaurants and merchants worth more than $500. For more information, visit the Lemont PTO website
