Police Blotter: DUI, Possession of Marijuana

The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made Aug. 8-14. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Aug. 14

DUI

Jacquelyn S. Harper, 21, of 13601 Pheasant Lane in Homer Glen, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. near State and Freehauf streets. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

Saturday, Aug. 13

Stolen Envelope

An envelope was stolen from a door in the 800 block of Houston Street between 11:45 a.m. and 12:17 p.m.

DUI

Mark R. Lepore, 29, of 348 River St. in Lemont, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. in the 15800 block of New Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane usage and driver's license not on person.

Wednesday, Aug. 10

Marijuana Possession

Frederick W. Lauer, 48, of 6 E. Logan St. in Lemont, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. near 127th Street and Timberline Drive. He was charged with possession of cannabis plant, possession of cannabis and improper U-turn.

Traffic Violations

  • Didier Villalobos, 34, of 5707 S. Kildare in Chicago, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. in the 17300 block of 127th Street. He was charged with driving without a valid license and speeding.
  • Jose A. Aguirre-Torres, 26, of 114 Benton St. in Joliet, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. near Lockport Street and New Avenue. He was charged with driving without a valid license and following too close.
Tuesday, Aug. 9

Traffic Violations

  • Yolanda Coleman, 27, of 624 Margaret St. in Dolton, was arrested at 8:28 a.m. near Covington Drive and Camelot Lane. She was charged with driving on a suspended license and disobeying a stop sign.
  • Benjamin A. Black, 28, of 1311 Leinster Dr. in Lemont, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. near Covington and Auburn drives. He was charged with driving without a valid license and disobeying a stop sign.
