2. Fall Recycling Event

The will host a Fall Recycling Event at 9 a.m. Saturday at the , 101 Main St. Items accepted are: motor oil, old documents, electronics, latex paint, prescription medications, toner cartridges, printer inks, cell phones, CFL light bulbs and alkaline batteries. Non-perishable food items will also be collected for the Lemont Open Food Pantries.

3. Comprehensive Plan Survey

Village officials are updating Lemont’s comprehensive plan, and to kick off the process they are inviting community members to offer some input. A survey is now available at www.lemont.il.us/lemont2030.

4. Weekly Facebook Plug
